These Contest, Sweepstakes & Raffle Rules ("Rules") apply to contests, sweepstakes, raffles, giveaways, prize drawings, and similar promotional activities (collectively, "Promotions") offered through Banana Stand.
Banana Stand is developed, published, and operated by MONKE BUSINESS ("Sponsor," "we," "our," or "us") under the MonkeDAO brand.
These Rules apply in addition to any specific terms displayed for an individual Promotion. If specific rules are provided for a particular Promotion, those specific rules will supplement these Rules. In the event of a conflict, the specific rules for that Promotion will apply.

1. Sponsor
   Unless otherwise expressly stated in the specific rules for a Promotion, Promotions available through Banana Stand are sponsored by:

2. No Apple Sponsorship or Involvement
   Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, responsible for, or involved in any way with any contest, sweepstakes, raffle, giveaway, Promotion, prize, or reward offered through Banana Stand.
   Apple has no responsibility for the administration of Promotions, selection of winners, distribution of prizes, or resolution of any claims relating to a Promotion.
   Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding a Promotion must be directed to MONKE BUSINESS and not to Apple.
   
   

3. Eligibility
   Unless otherwise stated in the specific rules for a Promotion, participation is available to eligible Banana Stand users who:
   - Have an active Banana Stand account;
   - Meet applicable MonkeDAO membership or community eligibility requirements;
   - Meet any additional eligibility requirements specified for the Promotion;
   - Are legally permitted to participate under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
   Individual Promotions may have additional eligibility requirements, including membership status, NFT ownership, geographic restrictions, minimum age requirements, quest completion, or other community participation requirements.
   Users are responsible for ensuring that participation is permitted under the laws applicable to them.
   MONKE BUSINESS reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.
   
   

4. Bananas
   Banana Stand uses internal community reward points known as Bananas.
   Bananas are earned through eligible community participation, activities, quests, and other actions designated by Banana Stand.
   Bananas:
   - Cannot be purchased with fiat currency;
   - Cannot be purchased with cryptocurrency;
   - Cannot be exchanged for cash;
   - Cannot be withdrawn;
   - Cannot be converted into cryptocurrency;
   - Cannot be transferred between users;
   - Have no cash value.
   Bananas may be used to redeem community rewards or, where offered, obtain entries into eligible Promotions.
   
   

5. Raffle and Promotion Entries
   Certain Promotions may allow users to redeem earned Bananas for entries.
   The number of Bananas required for an entry and any limits on the number of entries will be displayed within Banana Stand or in the specific rules applicable to the Promotion.
   Unless expressly stated otherwise, redeeming Bananas for a Promotion entry is final.
   Bananas used for an entry will not be returned solely because the participant does not win.
   Users cannot purchase Bananas for the purpose of obtaining additional entries.
   
   

6. Promotion-Specific Information
   Each Promotion will provide or make available the information necessary to understand how it operates.
   Depending on the Promotion, this may include:
   - Promotion name;
   - Start date and time;
   - End date and time;
   - Eligibility requirements;
   - Entry requirements;
   - Number of Bananas required, if applicable;
   - Maximum number of entries, if applicable;
   - Description of the prize or prizes;
   - Number of winners;
   - Method of winner selection;
   - Winner selection or drawing date;
   - Any geographic restrictions;
   - Any additional Promotion-specific conditions.
   Participants should review this information before entering.
   
   

7. Winner Selection
   The method used to select winners will be disclosed in the specific Promotion.
   For random drawings or raffles, winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion period.
   For skill-based contests, winners may be selected according to criteria described in the applicable Promotion rules.
   MONKE BUSINESS may verify the eligibility of any potential winner before confirming or awarding a prize.
   
   

8. Winner Notification
   Potential winners may be notified through:
   - Banana Stand;
   - Email;
   - Discord;
   - X (formerly Twitter);
   - Other contact information associated with their Banana Stand account.
   Potential winners may be required to confirm eligibility or provide information reasonably necessary to deliver the prize.
   If a potential winner:
   - Cannot be contacted;
   - Does not respond within the specified timeframe;
   - Is determined to be ineligible;
   - Fails to provide required information;
   MONKE BUSINESS may select an alternate winner where appropriate.
   
   

9. Prizes
   Prizes vary between Promotions and will be described before participation.
   Prizes may include:
   - Physical merchandise;
   - Digital collectibles;
   - Domains;
   - Community benefits;
   - Access to experiences;
   - Promotional rewards;
   - Partner-provided benefits;
   - Other rewards described in the applicable Promotion.
   Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise expressly permitted.
   No cash alternative will be provided unless specifically stated in the Promotion rules or required by applicable law.
   MONKE BUSINESS reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to substitute a prize with another prize of comparable value.
   
   

10. Partner-Provided Rewards
    Some rewards available through Banana Stand may be provided or fulfilled by third-party community partners.
    Where a reward is provided by a third party:
    - Additional terms imposed by that provider may apply;
    - Redemption may take place outside Banana Stand;
    - Users may be required to create or use an account with the third-party provider;
    - MONKE BUSINESS does not control the operation of the third-party service.
    Any third-party terms applicable to a reward will be disclosed where appropriate.
    
    

11. Fair Participation
    Participants must not attempt to manipulate or interfere with a Promotion.
    Prohibited conduct includes:
    - Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional entries;
    - Using bots, scripts, or automated systems;
    - Manipulating quests or reward mechanisms;
    - Providing false eligibility information;
    - Exploiting technical vulnerabilities;
    - Attempting to interfere with winner selection;
    - Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
    MONKE BUSINESS may disqualify entries or accounts reasonably believed to violate these Rules.
    
    

12. Technical Issues
    MONKE BUSINESS is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, or otherwise affected by technical failures outside our reasonable control.
    If a technical issue materially affects the fairness or integrity of a Promotion, MONKE BUSINESS may suspend, modify, extend, or cancel the affected Promotion where reasonably necessary.
    
    

13. Taxes and Other Obligations
    Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, reporting obligations, or other costs associated with receiving or using a prize, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
    Participants are responsible for determining whether receiving a prize is permitted under the laws applicable to them.
    
    

14. Disqualification
    MONKE BUSINESS reserves the right to disqualify a participant who:
    - Violates these Rules;
    - Violates the Banana Stand Terms of Service;
    - Does not meet eligibility requirements;
    - Attempts to manipulate the Promotion;
    - Engages in fraud or abuse.
    
    

15. Changes or Cancellation
    MONKE BUSINESS may modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel a Promotion where reasonably necessary due to:
    - Technical issues;
    - Security concerns;
    - Fraud or abuse;
    - Legal or regulatory requirements;
    - Events beyond our reasonable control.
    Where practical, material changes will be communicated to affected participants.
    
    

16. Personal Information
    Personal information collected in connection with Promotions will be handled in accordance with the Banana Stand Privacy Policy.
    Information may be used to:
    - Administer Promotions;
    - Verify eligibility;
    - Select and contact winners;
    - Deliver prizes;
    - Prevent fraud or abuse;
    - Comply with legal obligations.
    
    

17. General Conditions
    Participation in a Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Rules and any specific rules applicable to that Promotion.
    MONKE BUSINESS's decisions regarding eligibility, administration, and application of these Rules will be final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
    Nothing in these Rules limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
